Currently, Tyto behaves as the following in regards to making assignments before students join a class: Assigning to a class without students is not allowed Students joining a class after a class assignment has been made will automatically get all the assignments within two weeks. (Assignments that were queued on a date that is 14 or more days prior to the enrollment will not be automatically assigned.) This post requests allowing assigning to a class with 0 students, while keeping the automatic assigning behavior for students who join the class after the assignment is made.
